Fromi deliberately skips the intermediate storing of its products in order to guarantee the best quality for you and your customers.
Quality is FROMI´s first priority. Their long lasting partnership with cheese farms and creameries all over France ensures that their offer high quality products made using traditional production processes.
Quality also means numerous tests and checks. All FROMI soft cheeses are tested for listeria and other bacteria after delivery from the creamery to FROMI. Just before delivery to the customers, the FROMI master cheese expert randomly controls the texture and degree of ripeness of cheeses. Every three months, FROMI products are analysed by approved dairy farming institutes. FROMI is a member of the Federation for Dairy Farming Products
