Founded in 1907, Sabaton has already 100 years of tradition and offers a high quality range of products for food professionals and gourmet consumers. Located in Ardeche, France, the company is specialized in premium candied chestnuts, which are sourced locally and strictly controlled to select only the best fruits for production. Our new range includes Chestnuts in Syrup (large and small sizes), chestnut puree, chestnut paste, chestnut spread and premium lemon and orange peels. Sabaton chestnuts are ideal for marron glacees, decorations, pastry fillings, cakes, ice cream… while lemon and orange peel strips are ready to dip into chocolate!
