Barilla last cooking of the year was at Café Latina on Sichuan Bei Road, and once again the chef showed us yet another different way to cook Barilla pasta and sauce. All participants had the chance to watch the chef cook, and the luckiest of them, kids included, had the chance to help him in the kitchen. Barilla cooking class was an educative happening for parents as well as their kids, as it showed them how easy it is to prepare the most famous and favorite meal of Italian people. Like every Barilla cooking class, the course ended up with a contest of plate decoration, and the winners got a free Barilla combo with a fancy timer for perfect cooking “al-dente”!
