Chefs and the Sinodis team recently joined hands to implement a 360-degree cheese training at the Ritz-Carlton Financial Street. Should we eat the rind or not? Should we cut the nose of the cheese? What is Reblochon like? These are just samples of the easy questions answered during the training, but now the staff there should be quite strong for any cheese quiz!
