We are now proud to introduce our new brand of frozen fruits to Beijing for the North China market. Our ranges of Fruit’Puree, Fruit’IQF, Fruit’Coulis and Fruit’Zest are now available in Beijing too. Last October 22nd at Brasserie Flo, our customers had the opportunity to discover and taste everything about fruits, from cocktails to macarons, mousses, creams and sorbets prepared by our Chef Jay Song. Coconut, Mango, Raspberry, Blood Orange and Lychee were apparently the most successful. Our partner from Cap’Fruit, Mr Rodolphe Casella was here to enjoy the party with Beijing customers and Sinodis team.
