Over the past five years, domestic visitor arrivals grew 85% to 1.6 billion visitors by 2007, and international arrivals increased 43% reaching 132 million visitors. This has fuelled rising demand in related industries including hotel and serviced residential lodging, air and land transportation, construction, professional services, tourism, retail, and so forth.
Sinodis participated in this recently concluded China Hotel Investment Summit at Grand Hyatt, Shanghai, from April 23 – 24, 2009. It was a convergence of more than 600 delegates interested in investing in the hotel industry in China, given its continuous growth and potential in the next few years.
Our Alpen cereal bars and Emmi yoghurts delighted guests during the coffee break buffets, while various communication materials of President, Barilla, Carapelli, Weetabix, Valrhona, Ireks, Cap’Fruit, La Rose Noire, and Bega were distributed to participants in the Media Room. Jacquot French Chocolate Truffes were likewise given to VIP delegates as part of their goodie-bags.
