Our French Pastry Chef Bruno Couret from DGF together with our Beijing team joined the Pastry product show at Fairmont Hotel.
This was a unique opportunity for our customers to know more about the DGF wide professional ingredients and tasting fine cakes, pralines and ganache prepared by Chefs Bruno and Jay.
It was also a good time to catch up with Bruno and receive his technical advice while he created some chocolate compositions on site, which attracted many at the show.
We are grateful to all Sinodis customers who came to this event and hope we can keep serving their requests for pastry products and technical needs. We thank Chef Bruno Couret as well for his continuous support.
