After a very successful first edition last year, the second “Mondial Des Arts Sucres”, the international pastry competition organized by DGF, will take place from 6 to 8 March 2010. The event will be held during EUROPAIN exhibition at the Parc des Expositions de Villepinte, next to Paris international airport. Composed by two pastry Chefs each and rigorously one man and one woman, for three days 15 teams from 15 countries will challenge each other on stage with desserts, entremets, chocolate bonbons, petit fours, spectacular sugar, pastillage and chocolate showpieces and decorations.
The China team will be Mr. Anson Zhang from the Pullman Skyway Hotel Shanghai, Mr. Terry Wang from the Longemont Hotel Shanghai, and Ms. Teresa Ma from the Crown Plaza Hotel Beijing.
