What a blast! The unique Beijing French Brasserie celebrated its 10th year anniversary in a fantastic party which gathered a thousand guests on September the 9th. Michelin star Chef Daniel Chambon has been invited to create a special menu for the occasion. Trained by world famous chefs Ducasse and pastry chef Lenotre, Daniel Chambon has his own restaurant in Perigord, le Pont de l’Ouysse. Sinodis contributed to this beautiful occasion of fine French food by providing a wide selection of top of the range French cheeses.
