Bakery China, the International Trade Fair for the Bakery and Confectionery Industry in China, will open its doors again from May 12 to 14 at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre (SNIEC).
The annual event, organized by CABCI (China Association of Baking and Confectionery Industry) is the largest trade fair of its kind in the Asian region.
