2010 Edition of Bakery China was again a good success. IREKS booth attracted several visitors in the 4 days of the fair, during which Master Baker Mr. Ingo Wenseritt and Technical Adviser Mr. Sandy Xu, helped by Sinodis team, presented a variety of European-style breads like rye loaf, baguettes, raisin toasts, cereal toasts, organic rolls, pumpernickel bread, and more. In evidence, two new IREKS products to be launched soon in the Chinese market:
- MACARON mix, for easy and quick production of exquisite Macaroons
- IREKS CROCCANTE mix, ideal for making crispy snacks and Florentines.
The very big novelty of 2010 was the presentation for the first time in the Chinese market of DREIDOPPEL, IREKS daughter brand line, with a new range of flavors and stabilizers for pastry and baking. Mr. Riedel and Mr. Schanzl, Master Pastry Chefs from Dreidoppel, were the master demonstrators at the booth, showing colorful entremets prepared with orange, mocha, lemon, vanilla flavors and pastes, yogurt and chocolate flavored stabilizers.
Not only IREKS, but also two other Sinodis partners, Ovodan and Nissei, joined Bakery China 2010 edition. We’ll see you again next year!
