This August, IREKS Company invited a team of sixteen clients and Sinodis sales representatives from China to an intensive, week-long training at their headquarters in Kulmbach, Germany. The participants included bakers and managers from Shanghai Shangri La, Raddison New World, Westin Bund Center, SPC, Cityshop, Beijing China World, Kempinski, Tianjin Sheraton, Guangzhou Ritz-Carlton, and Shenzhen Grand Hyatt.

During the week of training in Kulmbach, the team visited the production center, laboratory, and storage facilities. IREKS’ corporate trainer introduced a selection of bread improvers and mixes in much detail, accompanied by daily tastings of breads. Thru hands-on training, the bakers and managers are better able to understand the chemistry behind bread making and learn how to problem-solve potential issues.
In addition to bread training, the IREKS team also introduced the team to authentic German culture, visiting Plassenburg Castle, Bayreuth, Eremittage, and Nuremberg.
