Time to relax a little bit for Beijing pastry chefs, who gathered last June in the trendy Opposite House hotel to share some food and wine while exchanging their views on various subjects. It also offered the chance to taste the new Valrhona lava cake, with its running core, as well as new creations from Sinodis pastry chef Jay Song.
