After the great success of our Halloween Apero last October 10, 2008, Sinodis held the 2nd session of this wonderful event with a Sizzling Summer Apero last June 17th in Shanghai, duplicated for the first time in Beijing as well, on June 29th.
As with the 1st edition, this event generated a buzz amongst our professional clients, and Sinodis gathered its customers to discover the coming of our new brands that joined the family, as well as the newest innovations from our existing partners. Various products from all over the world were brought together at the Sinodis showroom in Shanghai, and at the beautiful 61st floor of the Park Hyatt in Beijing.
Our lucky guests discovered a whole table of fine food to tempt their taste buds. Among other, they enjoyed some new cheeses from France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Switzerland and Australia, all perfectly matched with an array of breads prepared by Ireks especially for the event.
Our new ranges of Barilla wholewheat pasta, Carapelli olive oil, Barnier olives, Kotanyi spices and more were cooked by the great team of Vargas Grill led by restaurateur-extraordinaire Eduardo Vargas, and by the impeccable brigade of the Park Hyatt.
Snack lovers enjoyed various moments of indulgences with our new range of Bahlsen biscuits, the healthy Alpen, Oatibix and Weetos snack bars and our new range of American french fries, McCain.
Refreshing moments were offered with a nice choice of Dreyers ice creams. And for the sweet teeth, Vargas grill also made some terrific cakes with Watt’s jams and other Sinodis ingredients, while in Beijing our own Sinodis pastry experts brought the final sweet touch with some delicious desserts that turned the whole world upside down.
To quench the sweltering Summer heat, Golden Circle offered a tasty selection of “not from concentrated” juices directly imported from Australia, and lucky raffle winners were also chosen to win a special prize!
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors ACS Wine, Pernod Ricard and Pacifique, our guests enjoyed free flow of a nice selection of fine wines.
