In March 2009, I had the chance to receive a technical pastry training in France. Indeed, a really attractive journey for someone like me, who has never been abroad before. And being a pastry chef, I was especially curious about France in particular.
Finally, the big moment came, and after 12 hours on a plane I felt something very passionate surging up from within: Gallic Rooster, I am here!
In the few days of practice at the DGF Training School I felt the hot French welcome, and both the new things I’ve learned and the friendly environment remain as strong memories in my heart.
Ancient buildings, beautiful streets… Paris, the City of Flowers, with the thriving sycamore trees lined everywhere. Long history of the city endues Paris, its unique beauty and characteristics, shining lights and zealous rhythm.
Time flies, and my two weeks’ training finished faster than I could wake up from the sweet smell of France. Anyway, it was a tour de France full of happiness, excitement and passion!
