2009 September 10 at Park Hyatt Shanghai & September 16 at Ritz-Carlton Financial Street Beijing
The sophisticated chocolate party organized by Valrhona, the chocolate maker to the world’s greatest chefs, and Sinodis, China’s leading representative of imported brands, held two Open Day sessions at the Park Hyatt Shanghai, the world’s tallest building, and at the Ritz-Carlton Financial Street Beijing, blasted its way to success as more than 200 key participants of China’s food industry from hotels, restaurants, bakeries and caterers participated.
The creativity and innovation of our talented Valrhona chefs were manifested in the various products that were on display and eagerly tasted by the participants. These included: Chocolate bonbons, Christmas log cakes, fancy lollipops, desserts with a Japanese touch such as green tea glass, dark bean paste in waffles and much more highly anticipated creations that were enjoyed by our prestigious guests.
Everyone stayed and indulged in the various crafts prepared by Chefs Fabrice David, from Valrhona School in Tokyo and Vincent Bourdin from Singapore, and left with anticipation towards the next event in 2010!
