At Sinodis, we evaluate all sourcing requests received.
Our Food Supply Chain team manages projects such as the Beijing Olympics' largest catering contract, the frozen supply to a coffee chain with outlets spread all around the country, Carrefour's imported range and the likes.
For new product ranges, our Corporate Development team works in close connection with our Sales team to define the launching priorities, and proactively searches for the best suppliers.
Even for single requests, e.g. a chef looking for a specific ingredient, the related Sinodis sales rep activates our sourcing staff to provide quick replies and solutions.

We select and have direct contacts with all manifacturers of our products, which are fully compliant with Chinese regulations as well as scanned and approved by our internal Quality Control team prior to importation.
We directly control and manage our warehouses, each with four dedicated temperatures for the related storage conditions of our products, and deliver with our staff door to door to Retailers, Food-Service users and Wholesalers. For the latter, all sub distributors are strictly selected and monitored to ensure the same level of service provided by our direct deliveries.
The whole supply-chain process is coordinated through SAP system, providing full visibility and traceability from sourcing to delivery.
Last but not least, we keep ourselves very involved into consumer activities in Retail and technical training and demonstrations in Food Service, following our products all the way.
