Recipes
丁香鱼焗蝴蝶面
Ingredients:
丁香鱼100g、百味来蝴蝶形意面或螺旋形意面200g、艾美安文达淡味奶酪50g、番茄酱50g、罗勒叶3片、卡拉佩利橄榄油（淡味）1汤匙（15ml）、盐2g。
Preparation:
1.丁香鱼洗净，放入油锅中煎熟。奶酪切丝备用。
2.沸水中加盐，放入意面煮10 分钟后，捞出用橄榄油拌匀，淋上番茄酱，将罗勒叶撕碎撒上，再铺上丁香鱼、奶酪丝。
3.将面放入微波炉， 以中火焗3~4 分钟即可。
