双色花椰菜奶酪汤
Ingredients:
西兰花100g、花菜100g、蛤蜊200g、洋葱半个、盐2g、艾美淡味古老耶奶酪120g、卡拉佩利橄榄油（特级初榨）1茶匙（5ml）、总统含盐黄油30g、高汤150ml。
Preparation:
1. 将花椰菜洗净切小朵，洋葱去皮切丁，蛤蜊吐净泥沙洗净，奶酪刨丝备用。
2. 锅中放入少许橄榄油，将洋葱炒香，放入黄油炒匀，加入高汤烧开。
3. 煮15 分钟后，加入花椰菜、奶酪丝再煮约10 分钟，放入蛤蜊后立刻加盐调味即可。
