水果奶酪串
Ingredients:
菠萝、西瓜各50g、草莓50g、火龙果50g、奇异果50g、总统加工奶酪4块、卡拉佩利橄榄油（特级初榨）1汤匙（15ml）、白醋1茶匙（5ml）、蜂蜜1茶匙（5ml）、盐、胡椒粉 各少许。
Preparation:
1. 草莓洗净，西瓜、菠萝、奇异果、火龙果去皮切块。用竹签将奶酪块与水果按自己的喜好串起。
2. 将蜂蜜与橄榄油、白醋、盐、胡椒粉调匀，淋在水果奶酪串上即可。
