Recipes
青酱海鲜意面
Ingredients:
虾仁100g、百味来意大利细条面200g、卡拉佩利橄榄油（淡味）1茶匙（5ml）、发达芝士30g、腌橄榄20g、盐2g。
青酱用料：卡拉佩利橄榄油（淡味）50ml、罗勒30g、熟松子20g、帕玛森芝士粉5g、蒜片10g、盐、黑胡椒各1g。
Preparation:
1. 将橄榄油、罗勒、松子、蒜片、盐、黑胡椒放入研磨机中打碎，加入帕玛森芝士粉搅拌均匀做成青酱备用。
2. 发达芝士切小块备用。虾仁挑去泥肠洗净，放入沸水中焯熟。
3. 沸水中加少许盐，再放入意面煮熟，然后捞出与青酱、虾仁、橄榄、发达芝士块拌匀即可。
