Recipes

350 g Barilla Cellentani;
150 g eggplant;
100 g cherry tomatoes2 g sage, chopped;
2 g rosemary, chopped;
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
1 clove garlic;
10 walnut kernels;
salt and pepper to taste.
1. Dice the eggplant, sprinkle with salt and leave in a colander to drain for at least 15 minutes.
2. Brown the crushed garlic clove with the oil in a frying pan, add the eggplant and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, the rosemary, the chopped walnut kernels and the sage and cook for a further 5 minutes, using salt and pepper to adjust the seasoning as desired.
4. Cook the Barilla Cellentani in plenty of salted water, drain when "al dente", then sauté with the sauce in the frying pan.
