Crispy Wonton Tarts with Smoked Salmon & Yoghurt
Ingredients:
6 wonton skins, Carapelli olive oil, 200g Labeyrie smoked salmon, 250g Pauls Natural Yoghurt, 2 tbsp cucumber, 1 small red onion, 1 tsp President cream, 2 tbsp fresh basil (or Kotanyi's), salt and Kotanyi pepper.
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Coat mini muffin pan with Carapelli oil.
2. Press wonton skins into muffin tins. Place in oven for approx 10 minutes until lightly browned. Remove to a wire rack and cool.
3. Mix all other ingredients together and season to taste. Place a spoonful of filling in each wonton and serve immediately.
