Mango lassi
Ingredients:
2 mangos
350g Pauls Natural Yoghurt
1 tsp lemon juice
200 mls cold water
2 tbsp honey
10 to 15 standard-size ice cubes
Preparation:
Peel and seed mango and cut flesh into small pieces. In a blender, add the yoghurt, lemon juice, mango pieces, water, and honey. Blend approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Add the ice and blend until frothy!
Serve in chilled glasses.
