Oysters with a Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes cut in small cubes, 1/2 ounce chopped garlic, 3 tablespoons Carapelli extra-virgin olive oil, 2 ounces Barilla Genovese pesto sauce, 4 oysters on the half shell.
Preparation:
1. Mix the tomatoes, garlic, Carapelli olive oil, and Barilla pesto together.
2. Place 1/2 ounce on each oyster and serve.
