Pesto Tomato Basil Seasoning (1-2-3 Series)
Ingredients:
400 g Fussili,
olive oil,
1 pack of Kotányi Peperoncini Pesto
Preparation:
1. Boil the Fussili in salted water.
2. When straining keep 50 ml of the noodle water for the Pesto preparation.
3. Mix 1 full pack of Kotányi Pesto, 100ml water (partly the water from the noodles) and 3 tablespoons of olive oil and bring everything to a short boil.
4. Afterwards, stir the pesto with the pasta and serve.
Tips:
You can add 2-3 fresh tomatoes (cubed) when preparing the dish (possibly you can also use canned tomatoes instead). When serving you can coat the pasta with parmesan cheese. Optional you can add some Parma ham.
