Potato Gratin au Reblochon
Ingredients:
18 medium-sized potatoes
1 Mons Reblochon
mixed green salad
1 shallot
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Cut off the ends and carve out a little of the interior with a spoon.
2. Season the potato interiors with salt and pepper and stuff with a wedge of Reblochon.
3. Lay the potatoes in a gratin pan and put in oven.
4. Serve with the mixed salad in a vinaigrette sauce.
Tips:
To keep your cheese from drying out, keep it wrapped in its original packaging or in plastic film and place it in the center of the refrigerator.
