Provencal Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Barilla fusilli, tomatoes, Barnier pitted green olives with Provencal herbs and pitted black olives Coquillos, Carapelli extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt, Kotanyi pepper.
Preparation:
1. Boil quantity of Barilla fusilli (or any of your favorite Barilla pasta) in some water.
2. Once ready, drain the water and save the pasta in a large bowl.
3. Add the seasoning: cut tomatoes, Barnier olives, Carapelli olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and Kotanyi pepper.
4. Mix all ingredients together with the pasta, and keep refrigerate one our before serving.
