Rice Salad with Olives
Ingredients:
Rice, eggs, your favorite cheese from the Sinodis range, Beaufor gherkins, Barnier pitted black olives Coquillos, Carapelli extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, Beaufor mustard, salt, Kotanyi pepper.
Preparation:
1. Boil quantity of your choice of rice in some water.
2. Once ready, drain the water and save the rice in a large bowl.
3. Add the seasoning: cut eggs, cut cheese, cut Beaufor gherkins. Barnier olives, Carapelli olive oil and balsamic vinegar, Baeufor mustard, salt, Kotanyi pepper.
4. Mix all ingredients together with the rice, and keep refrigerated for one hour before serving.
