Vegetable & Onion Soup
Ingredients:
Le Livarot Cheese
Half-a-pack of onion soup
50cl of crème President Cream
Onion Dip with vegetables
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the half-a-pack onion soup (or more, to taste) with 50cl of crème fraîche President
2. Serve with peeled and julienned carrots, celery or cucumbers.
Tips:
Red Bourgueil or an AOC Pays d’Auge cider are an ideal accompaniment to a Camembert de Normandie.
Pont-l’Evêque and Livarot are best enjoyed with a Pomerol, an Alsatian white wine, a Beaujolais, or a Côtes de Nuits red wine.
