Launch of the 3rd edition of the C³ Competition!
Varhona is organizing a unique competition called "C³" (Circle of Chefs Competition). Focused on Desserts for Restaurant, this 3rd edition is now open to all worldwide pastry chefs in the restaurant trade (restaurants and hotel's restaurants). Tomme de Savoie Fermiere La tradition

Butter Prawns
Ingredients: 6 prawns, 30g President butter, 30g red & green pepper, 15g grated garlic, Shallot, Salt, 1 tea spoon of rice wine
Preparation:
1) Wash the prawns clean, cut from back and spread.
2) Mix all ingredients, add butter, salt and ricewine, then put them in the prawn's back.
3) Put the prawns into microwave oven and heat until golden color. Splash a little shallot.
