Advisor
Responsibility:
Primary objective will be to serve as legal advisor on all business
related issues.
Position in the organization chart:
He/she reports to the Finance manager who is based in Shanghai.
Job duties:
The candidate:
- Is responsible for writing, updating and archiving all the
legal and administrative works related to the Board of Directors,
inclusive of Board Meeting arrangement, Boards minutes and Board
resolution archive.
- Is responsible for reviewing from a legal point of view the
correctness and applicability of each contract, agreement, transaction
and procedures in use both internally and with Third Parties.
- Acts as legal consultant by taking the responsibility of internal
legal risk control.
- Is responsible for analyzing the market Investment or M&A’s
opportunities, understand their legal constrants, contact the
Third Party and follow the project up until completion.
- Analyzes transactions with various business division.
- Is responsible, when required, for the constitution and reorganization
of legal entities.
- Reviews and determines effects of upcoming legislation (domestic
and foreigner) on Sinodis’business.
- Takes care of special projects as assigned.
Required characteristics:
Scholarship: Bachelor in Law; Lawyer qualification is preferred.
Personal skills: Analytical capabilities, strong oral and written
communication skills, negotiation skills, problems solving skills.
Chinese mother tongue, fluent in english.
Knowledge of Office and Internet.
Experience: At least 2 years experience in a law firm
or 3 years law advisor experience in a multinational environment.

Sales Representative
Responsibility:
In charge of various accounts (hotels, restaurant or bakeries),
provide professional service and develop sales opportunities.
Position in the organization chart
He/she is based in Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen/Guangzhou and reports

Job duties:
The employee:
- Regular sales visits to all the allocated accounts + develop
new accounts/networks.
- Develop the sales amount and number of products ordered by each
account.
- Provide reliable and professional service to each account.
- Feedback market information for brands and company development.
- Prepare sale plan & strategy according sale supervisor.
Required characteristics:

Coordinator
Responsibility:
Acting as the main liaison between Sinodis and Brands HQ, supporting
the Brand Supervisor in the implementation of long terms strategies
and business plans, developing the right products portfolio
in order to make the brands under his/her category supervision
grow, contributing to define and implement the over-all categories
strategy.
Position in the organization chart:
He/she reports to the Brand Supervisor of his/her competency
products.
Job duties:
The employee:
- Communicates with brand's headquarter and reports the brand
sales and marketing developments in China.
- Manages the marketing budget of the brand.
- Establishes promotion/advertising calendar and follows up
the marketing activities.
- Develops communication tools, promotional concepts, brand
activation strategies.
- Supports the sales team with training on the products and
with marketing materials.
- Keeps an eye on organic growth by identifying new products
within the brand's active portfolio.
- Reports monthly all activities.
Required characteristics:
Scholarship: Bachelor degree/ Business school

Job duties:
The employee:
- Being familiar with trasportation working process, is in charge
of defining and implementing the logistic process and the logistic
system’s effective standards in accordance with Sinodis guidelines.
- Being familiar with the logistic management process, understands
carefully the warehouse management and delivery process and
implement the relevant procedures by abiding to Sinodis standards.
- Familiar with different kind of delivery tools, is able to
analyze the vehicle type, size, capacity and costs, to arrange
them consequently and supervise the follow up until the smoothly
accomplishment of delivery duties.
- Reduces the logistic costs by all means and increase efficiency.
Required characteristics:
Scholarship: Bachelor degree or specific scholarization
in warehouse and logistic management
Personal skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills,
consistent , trustable and professional person, high sense of
responsibility, good at taking initiative and making decision.
Good at understanding transportation tools and prioritizing
the operational models.
Good understanding of custom clearance procedures.
Experience: 2+ years working for importation
and custom clearance or related positions.

The employee:
- Identifies the market opportunities and propose future strategy
with regards to his/her business category.
- Generates solid action plans to make his/her business category
grow.
- Is responsible for brand profitability and performance.
- Is in charge of implementing long term brand strategies.
- Manages the marketing mix for his/her brand portfolio.
- Leads innovation and new product’s launch and/or new projects
that meet the customers' needs.
- Accountable for A&P for his/her category.
- Trains and develops his/her subordinates (at least 3 ) by
coaching and leading.
Required characteristics:
Scholarship : Bachelor degree/ Business school
Personal skills: Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem

Chain Manager

Responsibility:
To assure the supply chain correct management inclusive of
movement and storage of raw materials, work in process inventory
and finished products from point of origin to point of consumption.
Position in the organization chart:
He/she reports to the Operation Director and he manages his
own staff.
Job duties:
The employee:
- Is in charge of monitoring the price benchmark for raw materials
and all the other relevant purchasable goods.
- Monitiors and produce reliable statistics and market analysis
of price trands to improve the purchasing planning and budgeting
process to ensure our price competitiveness.
- Collect related hard facts (data/statistics/competitors'
prices/press releases etc) as tools for negotiations with
suppliers.
- Negotiates with suppliers in order to assure the best quality
at the most competitive price and to contain the impact due
to the price fluctuations.
- Studies and analyses the competitor activities in market
place with respect to sales lines, changes in current trends
and price competitiveness.
- Negotiates prices and contract terms with vendors to improve
cash flow and decrease costs.
- Establish good working relationships with suppliers for
continuous improvement in purchasing.
- Daily assists Operation Director and takes a lead in the
daily purchasing & importation operations mostly but not
only for perishables products.
- Works close to Operation Director for supply chain project’s
development.
- Keeps constant relationship with the relevant authorities
in order to be informed about any occurring change which might
affect Sinodis business.
- Works on a continuous improvement of daily team operations
also thanks to well developed measurement tools.
- Is responsible for the overall inventory performance, ensures
high level of inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse
by applying inventory tracking principles; determines proper
slotting of existing and incoming inventory using historical
usage analysis, size characteristics and internal business
unit forecasts; assure the smooth communication and interface
with the corporate finance team as well as communication with
customer service to resolve any issues which result in customer
service errors; conducts recounts, reviews order status and
does any other research that is needed for resolution.
Required characteristics:
Scholarship: Bachelor degree in Economics, master in Supply
Chain is a plus
Training required:
Personal skills: Price sensitive. Leadership, Interpersonal
skills, Organizational and analytical skills. Good communication
skills both written and oral, Excellent English and Chinese
skills. Knowledge of IPR system, SAP is preferred.
Experience: 4+ years in a management role
for international cold supply chain management, 2、3 years
logistics, purchasing, importation, environment positions
in international perishable products and or 3+ years experience
working for fast moving goods inventory Control. Certified
experience in successful supply chain cost savings actions.
