days on 5-7 August at the Blu Lobster, Shangri-La Hotel Beijing,
Pascal Barbot together with his partner and manager unveiled an
unforgettable culinary feast unlike anything ever experienced
before. The menu included: Salmon confit & daikon and rose
flower & tamarin and muscatel grape coulis, Crispy with praline
and coconut mousse, Eggnog with jasmine, Grilled lamb & black
curry paste & eggplant with miso.
President, the famous French dairy brand from Sinodis, also had
the chance to sponsor the cooking demonstration and chef's dinners,
and feeded wonderful inspiration to their fancy culinary arts.
