Shanghai
celebrates the Made in I.T.A.
Italian Taste Academy – organized by Angelo Po and Associazione
Professionale Cuochi Italiani – is the first project that aims
to create a real and deep synergy between all the player of the
catering industry spinneret and the main companies and Italian
institution on the Chinese market. The participation of the major
local and national authorities seals the willing of ITA and its
partner to present as a unique “Italian system” that could find
its place in a huge market as the Chinese one.
The fist seat of that project is in Shanghai at Angelo Po Trading
Shanghai, in the centre of Shibeei Industrial Park. The main rendez-vous
of ITA has been the “Settimana della Cucina Italiana “ (A week
with Italian Cuisine) that had place from 26th to 29th May 2008.
Chefs of Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani (Professional
Association of Italian Chefs) presented the most important traditional
Italian recipes, using the products of the principal Italian companies
in Food & Beverage industry, with wine matching and guided
tastings.
As one of the sponsors, Sinodis was very happy to provide pasta
and sause from Barilla which is the famous brand in Italy for
the cooking course.
