most important meal of the day. However young or old you are,

can help to set you up for the day ahead, giving you many

of several key nutrients essential for health and well being.

you the goodness of wholegrain wheat or oats, with many varieties
being high in the natural fibre needed for a healthy digestive

way to make sure your body gets many of the nutrients it needs

or sugar, or offer
few nutritional benefits (including crisps, biscuits, cakes,
chocolate, sweets and pastries).
* Aim to eat 5 portions of fruit & veg a day - you could
start by adding chopped fresh fruit to your cereal in the
morning!
* Enjoy a varied diet to make sure you're getting the full
range of nutrients your body needs.
* Swap your snacks for a healthier option such as a bowl of
cereal, a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.
