In
February, L’Ecole Valrhona in Tokyo welcomed for
the second time our best pastry customers of North
China.
Every participant focused on advanced techniques for
ganache making and tried new desserts recipes. More-over,
they enjoyed several visits to famous pastry shops
such as Pierre Herme and La Maison du Chocolate. On
behalf of everyone, we are warmly grateful to Valrhona
school for the chocolate expertise, professionalism
