Valrhona Hands-On Training in Tokyo, Japan
In February, L’Ecole Valrhona in Tokyo welcomed for the second time our best pastry customers of North China.
Every participant focused on advanced techniques for ganache making and tried new desserts recipes. More-over, they enjoyed several visits to famous pastry shops such as Pierre Herme and La Maison du Chocolate. On behalf of everyone, we are warmly grateful to Valrhona school for the chocolate expertise, professionalism and hospitality.
IREKS Seminar in Kulmbach, Germany
Last February, our Technical Adviser Sandy Xu enjoyed a complete and advanced training on flours and baking process at IREKS headquarters in Kulmbach. The international team of professional bakers also introduced typical breads from their own counties - a good opportunity for new inspiration.
