History

- 1996: Foundation of the Sinodis (shanghai) Co., Ltd by Jean-Pierre CHESSE, CEO.

- 1997: Sinodis obtains exclusives distribution rights for key French suppliers.

- 1998: Carrefour China appoints Sinodis as the exclusive importer of its Carrefour products.

- 2000: Implementation of a bilingual ERP System to provide on-time sales and inventory information to our principals.

- 2001: Opening of Sinodis (shanghai) Co, a 100% foreign owned entity, in the Shanghai Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone.

- 2002: Sinodis becomes the exclusive importer for leading brands from Australia. We develop our food service operation to supply all four and five stars hotels, restaurants and airline catering.

- 2003: Opening of our 3 temperature controlled distribution centers in Beijing and Shanghai. Sinodis launches an Italian range with leading Italian food manufacturers.

- 2004: Sinodis continues to expand its leadership in the imported food distribution business in China!

- 2005: This distribution-focused ERP systen enables Sinodis to perfect supply chain management.

- 2006: Congratulation to Sinodis founded 10 years. Opening of our third office - Sinodis Shenzhen office, and to a more advanced point in South City.

- 2007: Nationalization of all functions with direct reporting lines to Shanghai headquarters though maintaing regional management for better consistency and deeper control while implementing locally targeted strategies.

- 2008: Moved new office in shanghai and set call center system, and to a more professional distribution business in China.
